- EDUCATION: High School Diploma required
- YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: 0 - 1 Years of Experience Required.
- LICENSES & CERTIFICATIONS: AHA Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers Required
Responsibilities
- Clinical: Perform clinical tasks assigned by the RN, adhering to Ohio Board of Nursing delegation guidelines. Maintain patient confidentiality.
- Leadership & Accountability: Demonstrate key behavioral competencies such as effective communication, adaptability, teamwork, and personal accountability.
- Environment and Safety: Ensure patient and unit safety.
- Comfort: Provide patient comfort and hygiene, documenting according to policy.
- Communication: Orient patients and families to the hospital environment and facilitate communication throughout the hospitalization process
Qualifications
- EDUCATION: High School Diploma required
- YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: 0 - 1 Years of Experience Required.
- LICENSES & CERTIFICATIONS: AHA Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers Required
