Patient Access Supervisor

High School Diploma required.

Experience

Minimum of three (3) years of experience in Patient Access or a related healthcare field required.

At least one (1) year of supervisory or management experience required.

Knowledge

Knowledge of healthcare regulations, insurance requirements, privacy standards, and facility policies.

Understanding of governmental and private insurance guidelines.

Strong clinical knowledge with the ability to conduct chart reviews and communicate effectively with physicians and medical staff.

Experience utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems, practice management software, and patient data management tools.

Skills and Abilities

Ability to collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals, patients, families, and caregivers.
