Qualifications

  • Education:
  • Juris Doctor ABA accredited law school - Required
  • Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) Undergraduate degree in chemistry, chemical engineering or pharmaceutical sciences, pharmacy - Required
  • 5 years or more in Experience in a law firm/pharmaceutical company legal department advising pharmaceutical clients
  • Drafting and Prosecuting Patent applications in the US and foreign jurisdictions
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and provide timely advice to R&D and senior management
  • License to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
  • License to practice law in one of the 50 states, preferably NJ.
  • This is a hybrid position. Three days in the Bridgewater office.

  • The salary range for this position ranges from $250,000 to $280,000 per year. In addition, Amneal offers a short-term incentive opportunity, such as a bonus or performance-based award as well as a long-term incentive award, such as restricted stock units, with this position within the first 12 months. Amneal ranges reflect the Company’s good faith estimate of what Amneal reasonably believes that it will pay for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors, including but not limited to, qualifications, experience, geographic location and other relevant skills.
