Role Overview
Prepare high-quality bakery and pastry products while maintaining consistency, presentation, hygiene, and food-safety standards.

Requirements
- Previous experience as a commis or CDP in bakery and pastry, or a similar role.
- At least 2 years of production-kitchen experience is required; 2–3 years of relevant bakery or pastry experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of bakery production techniques, food safety, hygiene, and proper food handling procedures.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced professional kitchen, with attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
- Good teamwork and communication skills; ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
- English is required. Current UAE presence and immediate availability are preferred.
Responsibilities
- Prepare desserts and bakery products to established recipes and standards, including tarts, cakes, cookies, brownies, and cake pops.
- Maintain consistent quality, taste, texture, portion size, and presentation; follow recipes, production schedules, and standardized procedures.
- Support daily production according to business requirements and sales forecasts; rotate stock using FIFO and minimize waste.
- Check ingredient quality and freshness before production; keep the bakery and pastry section clean and organized.
- Follow HACCP, food-safety, hygiene, and Dubai Municipality requirements.
- Operate and maintain bakery and pastry equipment, including ovens.
- Coordinate with pastry and head chefs and other kitchen team members; support new products and seasonal menu items when required.
Pay
- Pay is AED 3,000–4,000 per month.
Work Location
- Work is in person in Dubai.
