We are a new patisserie launching in Dubai, specializing in handcrafted, high-quality desserts and pastries.
Our focus is on artisanal baking, premium ingredients, and beautifully presented products that deliver an exceptional customer experience.
We are looking for a passionate and reliable Pastry Chef / Pastry Assistant to join our growing team and help bring our vision to life.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the daily preparation and production of desserts, pastries, viennoiserie, and baked goods
- Measure, mix, and prepare ingredients accurately according to recipes and production standards
- Support baking, assembling, and finishing products for daily service
- Decorate desserts with attention to detail and consistency.
- Operate kitchen and baking equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and hygiene of the pastry kitchen and workstations
- Monitor ingredient stock levels and assist with inventory management
- Follow all food safety, health, and sanitation standards in compliance with UAE regulations

Skills
- Previous pastry, baking, or kitchen experience preferred (entry-level candidates with strong passion are welcome to apply)
- Formal pastry or culinary training is a plus
- Passion for pastry arts, desserts, and artisanal baking
- Ability to follow recipes, production schedules, and instructions accurately
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented, dependable, and eager to learn
- Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed
