Hiring: Stellantis Parts Manager

Schedule: We ask that you have open availability to support dealership operations and customer demand. You will need to be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

What You'll Do

Lead all parts department operations

Maintain accurate inventory and proper stocking levels

Improve inventory turns and reduce obsolescence

Maximize departmental gross profit

Grow wholesale and retail parts business

Recruit, train, and develop team members

Deliver exceptional support to service technicians and advisors

What You'll Bring

Current or former Automotive Parts Manager

Heavy Stellantis/Mopar background REQUIRED

Deep understanding of Stellantis parts inventory management, obsolescence control, and manufacturer programs

Proven track record of increasing departmental profit and performance

Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop and hold a team accountable

Experience working closely with Fixed Operations leadership to maximize departmental success

Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
