We're currently seeking an experienced Parts Interpreter to join our team in Ipswich, QLD.

Qualifications
- Previous Parts Interpreting experience
- Automotive, truck, commercial vehicle or related industry knowledge
- Strong customer service and sales skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Strong attention to detail
- Sound computer and administration skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
- Current driver's licence
- Mechanical aptitude or passion for vehicles
Responsibilities
- Interpret and identify customer parts requirements
- Provide outstanding service to trade, workshop and fleet customers
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare quotations and follow up sales opportunities
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Liaise with suppliers, warehouse and branch teams
- Assist with stock enquiries and inventory availability
- Contribute to branch sales and customer service targets
- Ensure a positive customer experience with every interaction
