Parts Interpreter

As a Parts Interpreter, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing expert advice and sourcing the right parts to keep trucks and fleets operating efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:

• Interpreting and identifying heavy vehicle parts requirements
• Providing exceptional service to trade, fleet and workshop customers
• Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Preparing quotations and following up sales opportunities
• Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
• Liaising with warehouse and branch teams to ensure timely order fulfilment
• Assisting with stock enquiries and inventory availability
• Contributing to branch sales and service targets You are someone who genuinely enjoys helping customers and creating positive experiences. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in finding solutions. To be successful, you'll ideally have:
• Previous Parts Interpreting experience within automotive, truck, commercial vehicle or related industries
• Strong customer service and sales skills
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Good computer and administration skills
• The ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
• A current driver's licence
