We are looking for a customer-focused and detail-oriented

Parts Counter Sales Representative – Heavy Duty Trucks

to join our Aftersales team in Dubai.

This role plays a key part in supporting parts sales operations by assisting walk-in customers and ensuring they receive the right spare parts solutions for heavy-duty trucks and equipment.

You will be responsible for providing expert advice, identifying customer requirements, and driving parts sales while delivering a high level of customer satisfaction.

You will be part of the Parts Operations team within FAMCO, supporting heavy-duty truck and equipment customers across the UAE.

The team plays a critical role in ensuring parts availability, supporting workshop operations, and driving aftermarket revenue while delivering a consistent customer experience.
