is actively searching for Parts Advisor to join our growing team at Dilawri Group!

Primary Duties And Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers in identifying and ordering the correct parts for their vehicles.
  • Collaborate with service technicians and other team members to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment of parts orders.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of parts catalogues, pricing and inventory levels.
  • Process parts orders, track shipments, and keep customers updated on the status of their orders.
  • Handle customer inquiries, provide product information, and resolve issues or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Keep accurate records of parts inventory, order history and customer interactions.
  • Prepare parts invoices.
  • Ensure your work station is clean and in an orderly manner.
  • Examine returned parts for defects.
  • Exchange defective parts or refund the customer.
