Key Responsibilities

  • Process parts orders, accessory requests, and trade quotations accurately and on time
  • Ensure prompt service to retail, trade, and workshop customers
  • Maintain accurate records, back‐order management, and internal tracking files
  • Liaise closely with technicians, service advisors, and warehouse staff
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and professional Parts counter environment
  • Provide accurate parts advice and identify opportunities to upsell where appropriate
  • Ensure WHS compliance and adherence to Sime Motors Australia policies
  • About You
  • Experience in automotive parts, retail, or a similar customer‐facing role
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • High attention to detail with accurate invoicing and paperwork
  • Confident using computer systems and learning new processes
  • Organised, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Professional presentation and a team‐focused approach
  • Current, clean driver’s licence
