About the Role: As a Partnerships Supervisor at Dsquares, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing a team of Partnerships Executives. You will work closely with the team to acquire, manage, and retain key merchants across all B2C market sectors, in order to meet Dsquares' goals and objectives. In addition to managing the team, you will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with existing merchants.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Supervise and provide guidance to the Partnerships team, ensuring they meet their targets and deliver high-quality results
- Build and maintain relationships with key merchants to secure exclusive offers and promotions
- Act as a focal point between the Partnerships team and other departments, ensuring effective communication and coordination
- Provide regular reporting of team performance and plans to senior stakeholders
- Collaborate with other departments to finalize new deals with partners and ensure overall customer satisfaction
- Identify and pursue business opportunities, prospect new partners, and analyze their position in the market
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential risks and opportunities
Requirements Required Skills & Abilities:
- Proficiency in spoken and written English is essential
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Partnerships, Sales, or Account Management
- Experience in the loyalty programs industry is preferred
- Experience in managing a team is a plus
