Role Overview

This full-time role focuses on driving outbound business development for AI data partnerships, enabling companies to enhance AI models through expert-contributed training data and evaluations.

The Growth Manager will engage with enterprise partners in domains like finance, healthcare, and engineering to qualify and secure data partnerships critical for advancing AI systems.

This work directly contributes to building a global network of experts that fuels the evolution of frontier AI models.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, engage, and qualify potential B2B partners through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and multi-channel sequencing.
  • Build and manage high-quality lead pipelines using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and CRM tools.
  • Develop and execute targeted email sequences and outbound campaigns to generate qualified leads.
  • Address objections related to data sharing and compensation models during calls with company decision-makers.
  • Vet companies against defined partnership criteria, shortlisting high-potential prospects for further engagement.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a strong ability to persuade and build rapport.
  • Demonstrated expertise in cold calling, outbound lead generation, and B2B business development.
  • Advanced proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and CRM platforms.
  • Experience designing and managing automated email campaigns and multistep outreach sequences.
  • Track record of handling objections with confidence, particularly around complex compensation or data models.
