Partnerships Manager- Loyalty Programmes

About This Role

A leading consumer platform is seeking a Partnerships Manager to drive the development and growth of co-branded financial products across the GCC. This role will play a key part in building a customer-centric engagement ecosystem through strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end partner onboarding, including business cases, project management, and go-to-market execution
• Manage day-to-day partner relationships, performance tracking, and commercial obligations
• Develop joint business plans, marketing campaigns, and customer value propositions with partners
• Identify growth opportunities through market insights and data-driven decision-making
• Ensure compliance with contractual, legal, and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver projects and enhance partner performance
• Mentor junior team members and support overall partnership strategy

Requirements:

• 5–7 years’ experience in partnerships, key account management, or business development
• Background in loyalty, payments, financial services, or digital ecosystems preferred
• Strong commercial mindset with a track record of delivering growth
• Well-connected within the regional market
• Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working towards targets
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Based in the UAE, with flexibility to travel
