Role Overview

We are looking for a Business Partnership Manager to identify, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships that expand Fasset's product offering, distribution, and market reach across the UAE and wider GCC region.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, pitch, and close strategic partnerships with banks, payment providers, merchants, and ecosystem players.
  • Manage the end-to-end partnership lifecycle from prospecting and deal structuring to launch and ongoing management.
  • Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and Product teams to integrate partners efficiently.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of high-value partnership opportunities across fintech, retail, and enterprise sectors.
  • Represent Fasset at industry events, conferences, and networking forums in the UAE.
  • Track partnership performance metrics and provide regular updates to leadership.

Requirements

  • 4–7 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or commercial roles in fintech or financial services.
  • Proven track record of closing and managing complex B2B partnerships.
  • Excellent negotiation, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Deep understanding of the UAE financial services and fintech ecosystem.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.

  • Existing network of C-level contacts in UAE banking, payments, or tech sectors.
  • Experience with crypto, stablecoins, or digital asset platforms.
