Job Description

  • As a Partnership Manager at adv+, you play a pivotal role in managing relationships with existing leisure and lifestyle facilities and expanding our portfolio by identifying and negotiating contracts with new partners. You are the key point of contact for our partner facilities, ensuring a seamless collaboration that aligns with the company's goals.

Relationship Management

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing partner facilities.
  • Act as the primary liaison between adv+ and partner venues, addressing concerns and ensuring mutual satisfaction.
  • Providing onboarding support, including training, to new clubs.

Contract Negotiation

  • Negotiate and finalise contractual agreements with club partners to secure advantageous terms for both parties.
  • Collaborate with legal and finance teams to ensure contract compliance.

Portfolio Expansion

  • Proactively seek out new potential partnerships that align with the company's expansion objectives.
  • Stay informed about new gyms and leisure facilities opening in the UAE.

Data Analysis and Membership Management

  • Analyse usage data of current adv+ memberships to optimise member access and top ups at partner facilities.
  • Manage memberships at clubs based on data insights and member preferences.

Industry Networking

  • Build and maintain a robust network within the leisure and fitness industry.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to stay updated on industry trends and forge new connections.

Team Support

  • Provide information and support to internal teams regarding partner facilities.
  • Act as a resource for team members (Customer Support & BDMs) seeking information about specific clubs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in partnership management or business development within the leisure and fitness industry.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools.
  • Knowledge of the UAE leisure and fitness market.
