Key responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and onboard introducing brokers, affiliates, and strategic partners globally.
- Develop long-term partner relationships and find new opportunities through networking, outreach, and industry connections.
- Negotiate partnership agreements and commission structures; support partner onboarding, promotions, and account management.
- Coordinate with marketing, operations, and support teams to provide a strong partner experience.
- Monitor partnership performance, find growth opportunities, and implement strategies to maximize results.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences; stay informed about industry trends and competitors.
What the employer is looking for
- Previous experience in business development, partnerships, affiliate management, or a related commercial role.
- Experience in forex, CFD brokerage, fintech, or financial services is highly desirable.
- An existing network of introducing brokers, affiliates, or trading industry contacts is a strong advantage.
