Partnerships & Corporate Relations Specialist

About This Role

We are seeking a Partnerships & Corporate Relations Specialist with exceptional communication skills and a strong ability to build and maintain strategic networks. Your primary role will be to identify, establish, and develop partnership opportunities with both government and private entities, in alignment with the company’s strategic objectives and to strengthen its market presence

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and research potential partners (companies, organizations, and government entities) that align with the company’s vision and goals

Establish direct communication with decision-makers and build sustainable relationship channels

Draft and negotiate Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs) and partnership agreements in collaboration with the legal department

Prepare tailored proposals for each partner, highlighting the added value of collaboration

Manage and follow up with existing partners to ensure proper execution of agreements and mutual benefit.

Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure partnerships align with internal company strategies

Prepare periodic reports on partnership status and performance

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field

Minimum of 5 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or B2B public relations

Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills

Strong presentation and public speaking abilities

High level of social intelligence and ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders

An existing professional network is a plus

Fluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken)

Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel

Good understanding of market analysis fundamentals and growth forecasting
