Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Partnerships Coordinator.
The coordinator will drive strategic relationships with key partners, manage partnership agreements, and develop innovative approaches to maximize mutual benefits.
Day-to-day responsibilities include creating partnership proposals, maintaining communication with stakeholders, managing collaborative projects, and scouting new partnership opportunities that align with company objectives.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Partnerships and Strategic Partnerships, including building and managing mutually beneficial business relationships
- Strong skills in Communication, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and build lasting relationships
- Proficiency in Project Management to oversee and execute partnership initiatives efficiently
- Experience in Sales and business development, with the ability to identify opportunities and negotiate effectively
- Proactive and detail-oriented mindset with problem-solving skills and a results-driven attitude
- Experience in the fitness, wellness, or events industry is a bonus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for existing partners, ensuring timely communication and relationship health across a growing portfolio
Coordinate end-to-end partnership onboarding, from contract execution to activation and performance tracking
Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Legal, and Finance teams to deliver on joint business plans and co-marketing initiatives
Prepare and maintain partner-facing materials including presentations, reports, proposals, and updates
Track and analyse key partnership metrics; produce regular performance dashboards for senior stakeholders
Research and identify new partnership opportunities across target sectors in the UAE and wider GCC market
Support the organisation and logistics of partner events, workshops, and roundtables
Maintain accurate records in the CRM and ensure data hygiene across all partner accounts
Liaise with regional and global counterparts to ensure alignment on partnership strategies and priorities
Assist in drafting partnership agreements, MoUs, and co-branding guidelines in coordination with Legal
Requirements
2–4 years of experience in partnerships, business development, account management, or a related field
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is a strong advantage
Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and workstreams simultaneously
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
Familiarity with the UAE business environment and regulatory landscape
High attention to detail, organised, and self-motivated
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-cultural environment
