About Our Partner Tashafy is a health tech platform that connects patients with specialized medical centers and doctors in Saudi Arabia and internationally. The platform focuses on lifestyle and psychiatry programs while enabling partnerships with medical centers to provide treatment programs through the platform.

The Role Tashafy is looking for a Partnerships & Business Development Manager to lead the development and management of relationships with medical centers and healthcare providers.
The role will focus on building strategic partnerships with medical providers, developing treatment programs on the platform, and ensuring smooth operational collaboration between Tashafy and its medical partners.
In addition, the role will also support the commercial side of the platform by converting qualified leads into enrolled patients by presenting and selling Tashafy treatment programs.
Responsibilities

Identify, approach, and build partnerships with medical centers and healthcare providers in Saudi Arabia and internationally.

Negotiate partnership agreements and collaboration models with providers.

Maintain strong relationships with partner medical centers to ensure successful collaboration.

Expand Tashafys provider network by onboarding qualified medical centers and clinics.

Identify opportunities to introduce new treatment programs and services.

Support initiatives related to medical tourism and international patient referrals.

Work with medical partners to develop and structure treatment programs offered through the Tashafy platform (e.g., addiction rehab, weight loss programs).

Ensure the programs meet quality and operational standards.

Coordinate between the marketing/media buying team and medical providers to ensure smooth lead handling.

Manage the operational process between the platform and partner centers.

Ensure providers are properly onboarded and integrated into the platform.

Build and manage a customer service or partnerships support team as the business grows.

Follow up with qualified leads generated by the marketing and media buying teams.

Present and explain Tashafy treatment programs to potential patients.

Guide patients through the program options and close program enrollments.

Coordinate between patients and partner medical centers to ensure smooth program placement.
What We're Looking For
- Medical background is required (Medical Representative, healthcare professional, or similar).
- 2-3 years of experience working with medical centers, hospitals, or healthcare providers.
- Strong understanding of healthcare services and provider relations.
- Experience in account management, partnerships, or healthcare sales.
- Familiarity with healthcare platforms or digital health services is a plus.
- Travel may be required for provider meetings and partnership development.
