We focus on complex, high-volume, and underserved industries — including gaming, crypto, fintech, marketplaces, and cross-border businesses — where standard financial solutions often fail.
We are looking for a senior, commercially driven Partnership Manager who can build strong industry relationships, originate deals, and turn complex client needs into scalable solutions.
Strategic Partnerships & Business Development
- Identify and build relationships with high-volume businesses and key intermediaries in industries such as gaming, crypto, fintech, PSPs, marketplaces, and digital services
- Develop partnerships with aggregators, platforms, payment providers, introducers, and technology partners
- Structure commercial partnerships (referrals, integrations, white-label solutions) that generate consistent deal flow
Client Engagement & Solution Design
- Work directly with clients to understand payment flows, transaction volumes, geographic challenges, and regulatory constraints
- Design and position solutions across Atrinum’s stack (e.g. IBAN infrastructure, payment routing, crypto on/off-ramps, tokenization, fund structures)
- Act as a problem-solver for businesses that struggle with traditional banking and payment systems
Market Presence & Deal Origination
- Represent Atrinum at industry events, fintech conferences, gaming expos, and crypto gatherings
- Build a strong network within high-growth and high-friction sectors
- Source and convert opportunities into long-term client relationships
Internal Coordination
- Coordinate with internal teams (compliance, payments, structuring, tech) to execute and onboard clients efficiently
- Navigate regulatory and operational complexity to get deals live
- Feed real market demand back into product and structuring decisions
Experience & Industry Exposure
- 7–15+ years in payments, fintech, crypto, gaming, or high-risk/high-volume industries
- Strong network with PSPs, fintech founders, operators, or platform businesses
- Proven track record in originating and closing complex, high-value partnerships
Commercial & Strategic Thinking
- Deep understanding of payment flows, transaction-heavy business models, and cross-border challenges
- Ability to translate complex infrastructure into clear, executable solutions
- Experience structuring partnerships and revenue models
Personality & Execution
- Highly proactive, entrepreneurial, and relationship-driven
- Comfortable in fast-moving, less structured environments
- Willing to travel frequently and build presence in key ecosystems
- Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to operate in complex environments
