Role overview

Responsibilities

• Support measurable improvements and implementation of processes and systems that sustain ongoing improvement.
• Support prioritization and problem-solving.
• Collect and analyze data with colleagues and client team members, and provide insights.
• At times, take frontline coaching roles, especially with client analysts.

Basic qualifications

• Undergraduate or postgraduate degree.
• English is required because the role works with multinational teams.

Preferred qualifications

• Graduation from a top-tier university with excellent results is preferred.
• Natural resources industry experience and relevant consulting or industrial-company experience or internships are valued.
• Preferred capabilities include problem solving, analytics, interpersonal skills, coaching, influencing, trust building, and clear communication under pressure.
• Above-average PowerPoint and Excel knowledge is preferred; Power BI is advantageous.

Travel and work setting

• The role involves significant on-site travel to Canadian and US mining and other natural-resources sites, with possible international travel.
• The description estimates travel at 70% in one place and approximately 80% in another.

Compensation

• The annual base salary range is CAD 119,050–169,050 for British Columbia, Ontario, and New Brunswick.
• The range is a guideline for full-time employment and may vary based on office location, role, skills, and experience.
