Summary Partners For Rural Impact is seeking motivated and enthusiastic Student Workers to support our initiatives at Williamsburg City School. This temporary position offers an opportunity to engage with local community programs, assist with educational projects, and contribute to the overall mission of enhancing rural education. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a passion for community service, teamwork, and a commitment to making a positive impact in the lives of students and families. Responsibilities - Support teachers and staff in the classroom and during school events. - Participate in community outreach efforts to promote school programs and initiatives. - Maintain a positive and inclusive environment for all students. - Perform administrative tasks as needed, including data entry and record-keeping. - Attend staff meetings and training sessions as required. Requirements - Current student at Williamsburg City School. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. - Basic understanding of educational practices and community development. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software. - Commitment to supporting rural education and community engagement. - Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary. - Previous experience in a school or community service setting is a plus but not required.
