- What we require:
- At least two years of experience in a customer success, client services, customer support, or similar partner-facing role.
- At least one year of experience in digital marketing, politics, advocacy, public affairs, or a related field.
- Strong computer literacy and experience with Microsoft and Google products.
- Familiarity with HubSpot or a comparable CRM, Asana or a similar project management platform, and Slack.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
Benefits
- The budgeted salary range is $75,000 - $80,000 plus commission. Medical, dental, vision, 401k, and life insurance. We also offer a paid parental leave program, paid vacation and paid sick leave. In addition, we have a work from home hybrid environment.
