• Partner's Executive – Operations & Service Provider Performance
• Helpling is growing, and we’re looking for a driven Partnerships Executive to help us strengthen and scale our network of service providers while maintaining the premium service quality our customers expect.This role sits at the heart of operations — combining data analysis, daily coordination, onboarding, and performance management — to ensure every booking is delivered flawlessly and every partner performs at their best.
• What you’ll do:
• Analyze service provider and operations data to identify improvements
• Coordinate daily with partners on bookings, delays, and scheduling
• Onboard and train new service providers
• Monitor performance, quality ratings, and reliability
• Drive continuous improvement in partner quality and service delivery
• Ensure bookings are correctly assigned and fulfilled
• What we're looking for:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience in operations, partnerships, or vendor management
• Comfort working with data (Google Sheets / Excel)
• Confident communicator and relationship builder
• Comfortable working with data and dashboards
• Ownership mentality in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in marketplace or on-demand service platforms
• Familiarity with customer service and operations workflows
• Exposure to performance management frameworks
