Role Description
The Partner Development Manager is a part-time, on-site role based in Dubai, responsible for identifying, onboarding, and nurturing strategic partners within the horticulture and related sectors.
This role involves developing and executing partner growth plans, coordinating joint go-to-market activities, and aligning partner offerings with Royal Brinkman UK’s products and services.
The Partner Development Manager will regularly meet with partners, conduct market and account research, and provide feedback to internal teams on partner needs, market trends, and competitive activity.
Day-to-day tasks include managing a partner pipeline, negotiating commercial terms in collaboration with sales leadership, tracking performance against agreed targets, and preparing reports and forecasts.
The role also requires close collaboration with sales, technical, and marketing teams to ensure partners receive the support, training, and resources needed for successful collaboration.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in partner management, business development, or channel sales, preferably within horticulture, agriculture, agritech, or related industries.
- Strong relationship-building, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills to engage partners at multiple organizational levels.
- Ability to analyze market data, partner performance metrics, and customer insights to develop actionable partner growth strategies.
- Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical solutions into clear business value for partners.
- Proven organizational and time-management skills, with the capacity to manage multiple partner accounts and projects in a part-time schedule.
- Comfort working on-site, engaging directly with partners, customers, and internal teams in Dubai and the wider region.
- Familiarity with horticultural systems, irrigation, climate control, or sustainable cultivation solutions is highly advantageous.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Agriculture, Horticulture, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Proficiency with CRM tools and standard office software for tracking partner activities, forecasting, and reporting.
