Qualifications:

  • 5-8+ years of experience in channel marketing, partner programs, partner enablement, lifecycle marketing, customer onboarding, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated success owning campaigns, onboarding programs, or enablement initiatives from concept through execution.
  • Strong program and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
  • Experience developing digital or self-service content that drives adoption and engagement.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience building, interpreting, and presenting performance dashboards and business insights.
  • Experience working with CRM, business intelligence, and reporting platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power BI, Salesforce, Tableau, or similar tools.
  • Ability to translate data into actionable recommendations that improve partner engagement, activation, and program performance.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across global and cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to operate strategically while remaining highly execution-oriented in a fast-paced, global environment.
  • Preferred Experience
  • Experience supporting partner, alliance, or channel ecosystems within a B2B technology or SaaS organization.
  • Familiarity with partner enablement platforms, learning management systems, partner relationship management platforms, or marketing automation tools.
  • Experience building global programs that can be adapted for regional execution.
  • Understanding of partner engagement, activation, adoption, and lifecycle marketing principles.
  • Experience leveraging Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power BI, and related Microsoft ecosystem tools to analyze partner, marketing, or business performance metrics.
  • Experience designing KPI frameworks, executive reporting, and operational dashboards for channel, partner, or lifecycle programs.
  • The Salary Range for this role is $120,000 - $170,000. At AvePoint, we strive to offer competitive, fair, and equitable total rewards. The listed salary range represents a good faith estimate, with final offers based on location, experience, skills, and qualifications. The listed range reflects base salary only; our total rewards include base salary, comprehensive benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, unlimited PTO), and depending on the role, bonuses, commissions, or equity (RSUs).
