You'll work closely with our in-house development team to shape the look and feel of an enterprise security software platform built for technical teams who work long hours in demanding environments.
This is a hands-on design role.
You won't be writing code, but you'll be the person who decides how complex, data-heavy screens become something people actually enjoy using.

What You'Ll Do
- Refresh and elevate the visual design of an existing application to an enterprise-grade standard
- Build and maintain a design system covering colors, typography, spacing, and grids
- Create and organize a reusable component library (buttons, inputs, tables, cards, modals, and more)
- Design data-dense layouts, including tables with ten or more columns, without making them feel cluttered
- Optimize designs for dark mode as the primary theme, with light mode support
- Design layouts that work in both English (left-to-right) and Arabic (right-to-left)
- Audit current user flows, spot pain points, and recommend practical improvements
- Map out and refine workflows such as alert handling and investigation processes
- Design the experience for a conversational AI chat interface
- Prepare clean handoff documentation so developers can implement your work accurately
What We'Re Looking For
- Solid experience with Figma, including Auto Layout, components, and design tokens (this is a must)
- A strong portfolio with at least two relevant projects, ideally enterprise software, dashboards, or technical products
- Experience designing dark mode and data-heavy interfaces is a real plus
- A good eye for color-coding, hierarchy, and quick-action patterns that help people move fast
- Familiarity with Arabic RTL design, or a genuine willingness to learn it
- Strong written communication. You'll be writing audit notes, recommendations, and handoff docs, so clear writing matters
- Someone who can take a flow apart, understand why it isn't working, and propose something better
- Based in Riyadh and able to work on-site part-time

- Background designing for technical or security-focused users
- Experience working alongside an in-house development team
- Comfort presenting and explaining design decisions to stakeholders
