Role Description

This is a freelance, part-time, remote role for a Therapist.

The Therapist will provide online counseling sessions to individuals, couples, families, and other client groups.

Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing personalized treatment plans, delivering therapy through secure virtual platforms, and maintaining client confidentiality.

Additionally, Therapists are expected to actively engage in client progress assessments, documentation, and reporting.

Qualifications

  • Licensed or certified mental health professional (e.g., psychologist, counselor, social worker, or therapist).
  • Experience in individual, couples, family, or child counseling.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and active listening skills.
  • Familiarity with client-centered and evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
  • Ability to work independently and maintain professional boundaries in a remote work setting.
  • Proficiency with digital platforms, video conferencing, and virtual mental health tools.
  • Multilingual capability or comfort with therapy delivery in regional languages is a plus.
  • Commitment to maintaining client privacy and adhering to professional ethical standards.
