Schedule

• Shifts primarily weekday evenings, weekend days and evenings (additional hours available for events)

Pay Range

• $15.00–$17.00 per hour (based on experience)

Position Summary

• Monday evening shifts
• Wednesday evening shifts
• Weekend shifts (days and evenings)
• Additional evenings, holidays, and special events as needed
• Qualifications
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Comfortable learning and operating POS and reservation systems
• Experience working in a kitchen or food service environment preferred
• Must possess, or be willing to obtain, a ServSafe Food Handler Certification
• Strong desire to learn and grow
• Ability to complete assigned tasks efficiently and independently
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Essential Responsibilities

• Guest Experience
• Deliver exceptional customer service to every guest.
• Represent the TM Brand and TM Fit brands with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Welcome guests and create a positive first impression.
• Answer questions regarding memberships, programs, rentals, events, and café offerings.
• Assist customers with online reservations, facility bookings, memberships, and purchases.
• Process transactions accurately using the facility POS system.
• Facility Operations
• Support operations throughout all areas of the facility including:
• Courtside
• Fieldside
• TM Fit Café
• Lobby and front desk
• Event spaces
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.
• Assist with court, field, and facility setup and teardown.
• Support private rentals, camps, clinics, and community events.
• Perform opening, closing, and daily operational procedures.
• Café Operations
• Prepare and serve food and beverages following food safety standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café.
• Restock inventory and supplies.
• Follow all food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures.
• Operate café equipment safely and efficiently.
• Team Support
• Assist managers with operational tasks throughout the shift.
• Communicate effectively with teammates and leadership.
• Alert management immediately regarding:
• Suspicious activity
• Intoxicated individuals
• Safety concerns
• POS discrepancies or transaction errors
• Facility maintenance issues
• Assist wherever needed to maintain operational excellence.
• Demonstrate flexibility by shifting responsibilities throughout the shift based on operational needs and business priorities.
• Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the guest experience and resolve issues before they become concerns.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and presentation-ready facility at all times, taking initiative without waiting for direction.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• Ability to work in both indoor sports and food service environments.
