Role Description
The Part-time Sales Representative – UAE will focus on developing and maintaining relationships with clients and prospects in the UAE market.
This role involves identifying new business opportunities, presenting CALIM’s services, and following up on leads to grow the client base.
The Sales Representative will conduct market research, prepare and deliver sales presentations, support proposal development, and coordinate with internal teams to address client needs.
Day-to-day activities include managing a sales pipeline, tracking customer interactions, and providing feedback to improve service offerings.
This is a part-time, with a focus on the UAE client portfolio.
Qualifications
- Interest and capability to work on success commission basis
- Candidates should possess strong Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing.
- Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to build trust and maintain long-term relationships.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, both verbal and written, for client meetings, presentations, and reports.
- Candidates should possess basic Inventory Control or record-keeping skills to manage sales documentation and client information.
- Relevant experience in B2B sales, preferably in consulting, construction, or related industries within the GCC market.
- Ability to work on-site in UAE-based clients and to travel within the region if required.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or similar applications.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
