About This Role

Job Purpose

We are looking for a highly aggressive and results-driven Sales Hunter who thrives on closing deals fast.

Your mission is to identify, approach, and secure agreements with high-level companies in Dubai’s competitive market.

This role is not for passive salespeople — we need a closer who can open doors, engage decision-makers, and finalize agreements fast and efficiently.

Job Responsibilities

  • Hunt and acquire high-profile companies and enterprise clients.
  • Identify and directly engage C-level executives and key decision-makers.
  • Drive outbound sales through networking, cold outreach, and referrals.
  • Lead negotiations and close deals with speed and confidence.
  • Present compelling business proposals tailored to each client.
  • Build and maintain a high-quality, fast-moving sales pipeline.
  • Leverage personal network to unlock immediate opportunities.
  • Ensure smooth handover and onboarding of closed clients.
  • Experience in business development working in the UAE markets.

Job Requirements

  • Proven success in B2B sales, partnerships, or business development
  • Established relationships with key decision-makers in Dubai’s leading online marketplaces and e-commerce platforms, especially across groceries, personal care, cosmetics, fashion, and gifting categories.
  • Ability to access and influence senior stakeholders directly.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills with a track record of fast deal cycles.
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills
  • Fluent in English (Arabic is a strong advantage)
  • Background in e-commerce, marketplaces, retail, or high-ticket services
  • Experience in managing VIP key accounts.
  • Experience closing enterprise-level or strategic deals.
