Part- Time Pools and Grounds Technician

About the Position

Elevate is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Part-Time Pool and Groundskeeping Technician to join our team.

This position is ideal for someone who working independently in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in maintaining clean, safe, and well-kept communities.

include pool openings, routine pool maintenance, light cleaning, and basic property grounds upkeep across multiple properties.

This is a part-time opportunity with 20-25 hours per week and some flexibility on which days.

A CPO certification is preferred but not required—we’re happy to train and support the right candidate in obtaining certification.

• Open the pool area by 10:00am each day
• Clean pools, vacuum, skim debris, and lightly clean surrounding areas
• Perform chemical checks and basic balancing (CPO preferred, but not required)
• Ensure pool areas are orderly and free of trash or hazards
• Help reduce workload for weekday maintenance staff by handling basic pool duties.
• Perform basic grounds maintenance including trash pickup, light landscaping, debris removal, and general exterior upkeep.
• Assist with maintaining clean and presentable common areas throughout the property

• Comfortable working independently in early morning hours
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform light outdoor maintenance
• Reliable and punctual with good communication skills
• Valid Driver’s License and access to reliable transportation
• CPO certification is preferred but not required.
• Age requirement of at least 18 years old.
