About The Opportunity
WYND is currently supporting the growth and hiring initiatives of a fast-growing technology platform within the beauty and wellness industry.
The platform is designed specifically for salons, spas, aesthetic clinics, longevity centers, and wellness businesses, helping them streamline operations, improve customer engagement, increase visibility, and drive long-term business growth.
As the company continues expanding across Dubai and the UAE, they are looking to bring on a confident and proactive Partnership Executive to support business development and partner outreach efforts.
Role Overview
- The Partnership Executive will support outbound business development activities and serve as an initial point of contact between the platform and prospective business partners.
- The role involves conducting structured outreach, introducing the platform to potential partners, generating qualified leads, and coordinating follow-up conversations and meetings.
- This position is best suited for individuals who are confident communicators, comfortable speaking with business owners, and interested in startups, beauty, wellness, healthcare, or technology-driven businesses.
- This is a flexible, part-time opportunity with fixed monthly compensation and performance-based incentives, with potential to transition into a full-time position as operations expand within the UAE.
Outreach & Lead Generation
- Conduct outbound outreach to salons, spas, aesthetic clinics, longevity centers, and wellness businesses across Dubai and the UAE
- Introduce the platform professionally and communicate its value proposition clearly
- Generate qualified partnership leads and maintain an active outreach pipeline
- Meet agreed outreach and lead generation targets consistently
Relationship Management & Follow-Up
- Coordinate discovery calls, meetings, and product demonstrations with decision-makers
- Follow up with prospective partners and maintain ongoing communication
- Support onboarding coordination and partner handovers where required
CRM & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activity and lead status
- Track conversations, follow-ups, and partnership progress consistently
- Provide regular updates on outreach and lead generation performance
Communication & Language
- Strong spoken and written English communication skills
- Hindi proficiency is required
- Arabic language skills are an added advantage
- Excellent interpersonal and persuasion skills with a professional phone presence
Professional Skills
- Comfortable conducting structured outbound outreach and business communication
- Organized, self-motivated, and target-oriented
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn CRM systems
Experience
- Previous experience in any of the following areas is preferred, but not mandatory:
- Business development or outbound sales
- Telecalling or telesales
- Customer service or appointment setting
- Startup, beauty, wellness, healthcare, or SaaS environments
