Part-Time Nursery Teacher and Child Caregiver

Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children.
• Plan and conduct engaging activities based on children's age and developmental stage.
• Support children's development through:
• Fine motor skills activities
• Gross motor skills activities
• Sensory play and creative learning
• Early literacy and numeracy development
• School readiness and early learning preparation
• Encourage positive behaviour, communication, and social interaction.
• Assist with children's daily routines, including feeding, hygiene, and supervision.
• Organize educational games, arts and crafts, storytelling, and interactive learning sessions.
• Monitor children's progress and communicate with parents when required.
• Maintain a high standard of child safety and wellbeing.

Requirements

• Qualification in **Early Childhood Education, Nursery Teaching, Childcare, or a related field** is preferred.
• Experience working in nurseries, preschools, schools, or as a professional caregiver.
• Knowledge of **EYFS and child development milestones**.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Caring, patient, energetic, and passionate about working with children.
• Ability to create engaging and educational activities for young children.
• UAE experience is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

• EYFS, CACHE Level 2/3, Diploma in Early Childhood Education, or equivalent.
• First Aid and Child Protection training.
• Experience caring for children aged **6 months to 6 years**.
