Key Responsibilities
Provide nursing care to patients at home based on care plans
Monitor patient health, vital signs, and report any changes
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Assist patients with daily living activities when required
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Ensure high standards of hygiene, safety, and patient care
Requirements
Valid nursing qualification (RN/AN)
Relevant experience in home care, clinic, or hospital
Own Visa or Dependent Visa is mandatory
Ability to join immediately
Good communication and patient care skills
