About This Role
Overview
We are looking for a highly experienced Part-Time Head of Sales to support and lead the growth of our HVAC and air treatment business in Saudi Arabia.
This role is ideal for a senior sales leader with a strong industry network, deep market knowledge, and extensive experience in HVAC, air treatment, boilers, heat pumps, and related mechanical systems.

Requirements
- Minimum 15 years of experience in HVAC / Mechanical sales
- Strong network with consultants, contractors, developers, and procurement teams in Saudi Arabia
- Proven leadership and business development experience
- Strong understanding of technical HVAC products and project sales
- Ability to support strategic growth, sales management, and key account development
- Arabic & English fluency required
- This is a flexible part-time leadership role with strong growth potential and attractive incentives based on performance and business development.
