What You'll Be Doing At Chalhoub Group, we aim to deliver a great customer experience. As a Fashion Consultant , your main role will be to support sales targets while giving customers a high-quality experience in store.

You Will

• Understand customer preferences and help identify what products are selling well or not
• Build good relationships with customers both in-store and online
• Share feedback on products and what customers like
• Work closely with your team and support a positive work environment
• Follow store guidelines and daily procedures
• Make sure customer orders (like click & collect) are handled on time
• Capture customer details correctly when needed
• Promote the loyalty program (MUSE) and stay updated on offers
• Support store events and activities
• Stay updated on brand campaigns and social media
• Help increase sales in store
• Support customer experience initiatives
• Share your feedback on what is working well in the store and what can be improved

What you'll need to succeed

• Strong English communication skills
