Part-time Faculty, Ph.D. in Data Science

Qualifications

• Required:
• Ph.D. degree in the field of Data Science, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field from a regionally accredited university
• At least 5 years of higher education teaching experience or 5 years of research record and current research in Data Science and AI.
• Research interest in Foundational, Generative, or Agentic AI.
• Preferred:
• Research record in one or more of these fields: Natural Language Processing, Transformers, Multimodal AI, Computer Vision, MLOps, Adversarial Neural Networks, Digital Twins, Optimization.

• Candidate receiving offers will be offered a salary/pay rate commensurate with experience that vary based on a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies. Absent exceptional circumstances, candidates will be offered a salary within this range for this position.
