We are seeking a motivated Events Coordinator to organize and manage workshops and events.
You will be responsible for transporting materials, setting up venues, and ensuring everything runs smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and set up events and workshops at various locations using your own car.
- Transport items to and from event locations.
- Maintain a polite and professional demeanor with clients.
- Display flexibility and a positive attitude throughout the event process.
- Capture photos during workshops to document the events (preferred).
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Experience in event coordination is a plus.
