About This Opportunity
This can be a great fit for a college student, educator, human-services professional, caregiver, or someone looking for meaningful part-time work. Consistency matters: although the hours may be limited, the individual and family rely on the DSP to keep the agreed schedule.
What You’ll Do
Support an adult with developmental disabilities at home and/or in the community.
Provide support to a highly functional 30-year-old adult with autism who enjoys staying active. The DSP will assist with attending evening yoga and exercise classes, going to the gym, walking in the park, and participating in other fitness activities.
Encourage independence, social connection, and progress toward personal goals.
Assist with routines and activities based on the individual’s needs.
Maintain safety and follow individualized support instructions.
Complete required documentation after services and communicate reliably with the Kindly team.
Qualifications
- Able to consistently commit to the exact posted schedule.
- Dependable, respectful, patient, and comfortable working one-to-one.
- Preferred.
- Vehicle required.
- Able to complete required onboarding, background checks, and training.
- Schedule: Any 4 evenings per week, 2 hours per shift. Pay: 18-21/hr. Location: Monroe Township NJ 08831 (Middlesex County) Driving on shift: REQUIRED
