Responsibilities

• Process and respond to alarm signals quickly, accurately, and professionally in stressful situations
• Dispatch the proper authorities, verify that help is on the way
• Document all responses accurately for the signals
• Learn and utilize multiple software systems efficiently
• Participate in training and development, for professional growth.
• What We're Looking for?:
• Must be 18 years of age or older with a high school diploma or equivalent
• Calm,reliable, and professional in a fast-paced environment with high-pressure situations
• willing to work weekends and holidays
• Must able to pass a background check
• Able to pass two week training class
• Experience in customer service is preferred
• Must reside in Canada and be legally authorized to work.
