Role overview

Responsibilities

• Prepare food using fresh ingredients and vibrant Mexican flavours.
• Follow the GYG recipe guide.
• Deliver quality creations for new and loyal guests.

Candidate requirements

• Experience in a kitchen or cooking role within a busy hospitality environment.
• Certificate in commercial cookery or equivalent experience.
• Good understanding of food safety concerns.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Schedule

• The role offers two to three set shifts per week.
• Applicants must be available for one Saturday evening shift from 5pm to 1am, with additional shifts available.
