Role Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Content Writer (Real Estate) for a full-time, on-site role in Dubai.
The Content Writer will be responsible for producing well-researched and engaging content for various platforms, including website blogs, property listings, marketing materials, and social media.
They will collaborate with internal teams to develop content strategy, conduct research on real estate market trends, and ensure content accuracy, clarity, and alignment with the brand's tone.
Proofreading and editing will also be integral to this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Write blogs and website content for all company websites
- Develop content for the Prima Home App
- Create engaging social media captions and campaign copy
- Write professional LinkedIn articles and thought leadership content
- Draft email campaigns, newsletters, and marketing communications
- Prepare PR articles, press releases, and corporate blogs
- Create event-related content including invitations, announcements, and promotional material
- Write concise and impactful text for company presentations and pitch decks
- Conduct keyword research and optimize website blogs and articles for search engine visibility
- Ensure content structure, metadata, and keywords align with SEO goals
- Collaborate with the digital marketing team to improve organic reach and engagement
- Maintain consistent brand tone and messaging across all platforms
- Adapt writing styles for different audiences and industries
- Collaborate with design, marketing, and management teams for campaigns and launches
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Copywriter, Content Writer within real estate.
- Excellent English writing, editing, and proofreading skills
- Experience in SEO content writing and keyword optimization
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Creative thinking with strong attention to detail
- Experience with PR content and corporate communications is an advantage
