Part Time Clinic Based Speech and Language Pathologist (SLP)

Stepping Stones Therapy is seeking a Part-Time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our pediatric therapy team.

This is an in-clinic position working with children with a variety of speech, language, communication, and social-pragmatic needs.

• Part-time, approximately 2–3 days per week
• Must be available from 3:30 PM–6:30 PM
• Additional hours may be available based on clinician availability and caseload growth
• In-person/clinic-based position

• Provide individual and/or group speech-language therapy to pediatric clients
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Complete appropriate documentation and progress notes
• Communicate with parents/caregivers regarding progress and recommendations
• Collaborate with other members of our multidisciplinary team
• Maintain all required professional and clinical documentation
• Supervise SLPA's

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current California SLP license
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Pediatric experience preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
• Dependable and able to maintain a consistent afternoon schedule
