Overview
- **Bookkeeping & Documentation:** Maintaining proper filing of invoices, supporting documents, and recording daily financial transactions.
- **Accounts Receivable & Payable:** Managing cash flow by following up on pending payments and processing vendor payments.
- **Financial Reporting:** Preparing monthly/annual financial reports, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets.
- **Reconciliation & Compliance:** Reconciling bank statements and general ledgers to ensure accuracy and compliance with local laws, such as UAE VAT regulations.
- **General Ledger Management:** Recording journal entries to reflect all business transactions properly.
- **Software Proficiency:** Using accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, Yardi) and Excel to manage records
