F2F is a leading meal plan company in Abu Dhabi dedicated to helping individuals achieve their health and fitness goals through fresh, nutritious, and chef-prepared meal plans.
We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Part-Time Accountant to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records and bookkeeping.
- Record daily sales, expenses, and bank transactions.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and profit & loss statements.
- Reconcile bank accounts and payment gateways.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Process payroll and ensure timely employee payments.
- Prepare and file VAT returns in compliance with UAE regulations.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Coordinate with external auditors when required.
- Ensure compliance with UAE accounting standards and company policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of accounting experience (UAE experience preferred).
- Knowledge of UAE VAT regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as Zoho Books, QuickBooks, Tally, or similar.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
