The employer is seeking a responsible, customer-focused Parking Operator.
Responsibilities
- Guide vehicles to available parking spaces.
- Issue parking tickets and assist customers with payment procedures.
- Monitor the parking area for safety and smooth traffic flow.
- Provide customer service and answer customer inquiries.
- Report incidents, damages, or maintenance issues to the supervisor.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the parking facility.
- Follow company policies and safety procedures.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous parking operations or customer service experience is an advantage.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Ability to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
- Positive attitude, honesty, and reliability.
Compensation and benefits
- Pay is AED 1,500–2,000 per month.
- Visa and insurance are provided.
- Annual leave and other benefits are provided as per UAE Labour Law.
- Training and career growth opportunities are offered.
