Participate in EMS staff meetings to discuss operational updates, care protocols, and team coordination.

Engages in ongoing professional development, including skills maintenance programs, educational awareness programs, and research, to stay current with EMS standards and contribute to staff training.

Anticipates potential problems and responds to them appropriately.
