Role Overview
We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Paralegal to assist with document preparation, legal research, and case management.
The role involves supporting legal operations by maintaining organized files and ensuring compliance with procedural requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and file legal documents, including motions, pleadings, and correspondence.
- Conduct legal research using databases and resources to support case preparation.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital case files, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
- Assist with client communications, including drafting responses and scheduling consultations.
- Verify deadlines and procedural requirements to ensure timely filing and compliance.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience preparing legal documents and maintaining case files in compliance with procedural standards.
- Proficiency in legal research tools and databases.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in document management.
